Greeted by a very accommodating staff and the wait was short. Assistant was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Valassis has always made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visits. I always recommend this office to anyone who is looking into implants. Best is Syracuse.
If it wasn’t for Dr V, I wouldn’t have the teeth I do. He has saved some that another dentist thought wasn’t possible!! Dr V is gentle. Kind, and talks you through the surgery. Jody is the best for periodontal maintenance! I love their team😊
Have been going here for years- always very pleasant and professional and offer great dental care.
I thought everything from the check-in, to the check out was very good except for the wait time to see Dr. Vlassis. It was well over a half hour past my appointment time before I was even taken into the room for a consultation that took less than 10 minutes. It has not been my experience at any other dentist or periodontics' office to wait that long so I was not expecting it. Dr. Vlassis is very skilled and caring. He inspired confidence from the first time I met him, and that has only increased with experience. He went the extra mile for me on my implants in several respects. The office staff is both efficient and friendly. I have now finished my implants and crowns. The results were outstanding. I am very grateful to Dr. Vlassis and his team.

Courteous and friendly atmosphere - office personnel as well as the doctor were easy going and easy to talk with. I was provided a detailed description of the process and expense. Alternative financing methods were offered as well as a discount for payment at time of service.
Always a great experience! Only suggestion is to subscribe to the Post Standard for time spent in the waiting room. Otherwise, stay the course.
