I know that every time I come to the office of Dr Vlassis I am in the best hands for my dental cleaning and any other work I may need. They are simply the best and that includes their office staff as well.Ā

I was very pleased at the way I was treated in the office. The people were very friendly and kept me informed during and after my procedure. I have never seen another office do as much for me as I saw yesterday. I would highly reccomend this office and staff to anyone needing this type of procedure.Ā

While I have the upmost respect for Dr Vlassis and his work. Office personnel are always pleasant and nice. Dental assistance top notch! I was a difficult implant patient and while Dr Vlassis did his work and I have no complaints. I have struggled with the bridge which was made by my dentist Dr. Soltani after several visits back to her with complaints she continually sent me back to Dr Vlassis why I donāt know he did not do the teeth. Generally speaking Appointments are overbooked Provider is overwhelmed Little attention is paid to the actual patient Office staff isnāt friendly Overall they need an office revamp and a new patient focus structure should be put in place. Given the providers ego I find this highly unlikely because from the moment you step in the office, you can tell money is the hierarchy. Patient experience takes a back seat. Had to wait 30 minutes in the reception area before going into treatment room. If you know your running late you should call your patients to provide a new arrival time. Our times are valuable too.Ā
