The staff at this office is always friendly, and welcoming!! Thou it sounds strange, I like my trios to Dr Petersons office.
My first visit. I found Dr. Peterson to be welcoming, calming and affirming. He exhibited respect when he spoke to and listened to his staff. He explained the reasons for his recommendations. Instead of feeling sorry with myself, I felt encouraged. I left with a positive, reassured attitude. Dr. Peterson is a compassionate dentist who has a calming and caring way in which he works with his patients. He listens to concerns and answers questions , never making you feel uncomfortable for asking them. Recently , I had a problem with a tooth implant, he returned my call about the concerns. He was on his way out of town and still took the time to help me with suggestions. His staff is also very professional and is ready to answer questions and concerns.
My first appointment was great- everything done quickly and efficiently in one room and the entire staff was wonderful. Very happy with my decision to have Dr. Peterson take care of me and my family.
Dr. Peterson and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. I had many issues with my teeth/gums that kept me away from a dentist, out of embarrassment. Dr. Peterson and his staff welcomed me in, made me feel like a priority, and not ashamed of my self perceived bad dental hygiene. I now look forward to my visits and feel good about where my teeth are.
