Jamison has a great team. He and his team were very good at making themselves available, even outside of normal working hours, to answer any questions and ease concerns. The whole process was thorough, professionally handled, and seamless. Most importantly, we closed on time (within 30 days) without any nasty surprises. Jamison and his staff were very transparent about the closing costs, and made sure we fully understood everything prior to closing.

Communication is key, you only have one chance to make a great impression and to make your consumer feel comfortable. The communication was very poor and seemed always very last minute. As we did get the job done, it was unfortunate that we didn't feel like we had everybody on our side, looking out for our best interest. Staff was not timely and waited until last minute, did not follow my early wishes and upload instructions and database were horrific.

Every phone call, email, and website interaction was intuitive, professional, and overly fantastic. Team Mullan at USA Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. The recommendation to go with Lafayette Federal Credit Union (LFCU) for the Home Equity Line of Credit was a disappointment. I was led to believe there would be a buffer or intermediary between the documents we had already submitted to USA Mortgage and LFCU; however, that was not the case at all.
