Considering it’s my 3rd Jandy TruClear in 3 1/2 years, I am rating it as low as it is humanity possible. The first was replaced 3 years and a month because it would not change off of “standby mode”. I was told it was no longer under warranty so I paid $1,600 to replace it on March 1, 2025. The second was replaced 4 weeks ago because it would not power on . jandy claims the cell will last 5-7 years. I have lost 2 in 7 years. Last on failed in 4 years.

I've had the system for 7 years and I had to replace the cell 4 times in that period. It's always the same issue the seal cracks around the edge of the cap or on the window on the lid. it's a bad design. Monny Boyette 954-520-4719

I’ve had my Jandy system 4 years and generally it has worked fine. However I had to replace the controller cover (cost over $300) after 3 years because accumulated affects of sun exposure made the unit display impossible to read. Now I have a sun cover over the display full time. More troubling was my recent experience when every day at startup, the cell would go to 100% chlorination. The unit broke less then a week after it was installed. It was repaired under warranty but it took over a month.

Had issues with chlorine output. For the price would sell them another unit. Not a big seller in my store
