Great product really make it easy to install and sell
Was not a real fan of salt systems until i saw this. This unit was a game changer for our customers. It is easy to see the production of chlorine and easy to maintain.
So far, so good! First time pool owner so still learning, however, the pool stays super clear with the Jandy Saltwater Chlorinator.

System is really good so far, except a time clock had to be installed to power it since the pool equipment is controlled by Jandy Pro Series IQ Pump 01 Interface. Installer said there wasn’t enough power on this to operate the TruClear system. I don’t like this because if the power goes out then later comes back on it will throw off the TruClear to generate chlorine while my pump is off which could create a dangerous situation. My pool was built in 2020, the original salt water element lasted 4yrs just long enough for the warranty to expire. Since that time I have replaced the element 5 times each new element lasting a short few months. When I purchased the new element I was told there was a 1 year warranty. During that year I replaced the element 3 more times. The 5th time I was told that the warranty was only for 1 year after the original replacement part, not each replacement part. After 5 years the screen is unreadable

The unit was installed at the end of May, and the screen is dead on the power pack and the buttons do not work.
