Everything about the experience from booking and talking to someone who listened, selected the right dr for me, asked if I agreed provided information to showing up for the appointment and reception being so friendly, to having a lending library to read while waiting, and then the nurse and dr both being so knowledgeable, warm, great listeners and communicators - brilliant skin cancer screening, highly recommend (also efficient but didn’t feel rushed)
