Dr. Chua is our family doctor. I think she is wonderful!! She takes the time to talk to the kids and I and answers any and all questions I may have. I have never had a problem getting in to see her when needed. Her Nurse, Debbie is also a very nice lady!!
I had a physical, and she did an ok job. She spent a lot of time with me. However, it seems like she favors her patients.
I have been seeing Dr. Chua for over 8 years now. I used to just love her. I feel she has too many patients now as I wait forever before each visit, I feel very rushed, she doesn't allow me time to answer all my questions, and she comes across in a very 'know it all' additude.
350.00 for one 30 minute visit with no insurance. NEVER on time. Staff is unhelpful and scheduling mistakes happen every other visit. will not refill meds without dragging you back into the office even if it's something you've been taking for the past 10 years.
I can sum her up in one word..incompetent!
