Everything was great. However at the end my closing costs went up significantly. I didn’t know my final closing cost until the day of and luckily I had $1300 more dollars. My payment also went up about $30/month which again I didn’t find out until the day of closing. As a first time homebuyers none of these increases is a small amount of money.
