I am a natural skeptic so I can be a tough customer with lots of questions. Jason was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all my numerous questions, and he notified me how I could perform some simple functions that would allow him to give me a lower APR. Additionally, Nady and Vanessa (part of Jason's team) were excellent and very helpful.

I am happy with the overall transaction but the whole experience would have been much more pleasant if communication would have been better, especially when it comes to delays. Clear and step by step verbal and written descriptions, explanations, and expectations, along with a detailed and thorough "road-map" of sort would go a long way. Especially for nervous First-Time homebuyers such as myself.
