Jason recently handled a mortgage loan for me, it was for an fha loan in Queens. What impressed me most was that I was always kept in the loop and updated frequently. The entire process from A-Z only took 4 weeks. I highly recommend Jason for mortgage loans.

Jason was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and had lots of questions about the process, which Jason patiently answered and explained. He also got us a great rate! He reassured us when we felt nervous about how long the appraisal report took to come back (it was a very busy time) and we felt we could contact him about any questions or concerns. We had a very good experience with Jason and are thankful for his expertise and assistance.

He makes himself available to call you back and always provides answers to questions, even if he has to get back to you with the response. My family and I cannot thank Jason enough. We sold our home (he was the lender for my buyers as well!) and unfortunately got the loan on our new home hung up just before closing due to a ton of additional guidelines related to COVID-19 for self employed borrowers! Jason was great! We were first time home buyers and was extremely nervous, Jason explained everything to us from the beginning to the end. He did an phenomenal job with our loan, He made sure we got one of the best rates. He answered all the early mornings and late nights calls when I had questions he was ALWAYS available.
