The services at Jacobson and Chubak are killer; clean, methodical, and thorough. Thanks to the poor work of my ex-dentist my new dentist has had to send me to Dr. Chubak and Dr. Jacobson for multiple root canals. From the first visit I have always felt well looked after. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, kind & caring throughout the process. I had a root canal with Dr. Jacobson - he was gentle, empathetic and thorough. His assistant was very attentive & supportive as well! I am not normally one to write reviews but it was the wonderful reviews that these doctors & their staff received that brought me into their office. I am so glad that I found them! Thank you for a great experience & making what is known to be a rather 'unpleasant' thing not!
Great service, seamless modern procedure from the futuristic a la TSA 3D-imaging capsule to the oh so basic, game changing rubber bite wedge, and of course lovely staff, all made your basic scary root canal fun... or well, at least pleasant. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had! I needed a root canal retreatment & Dr.Jacobson did a great job. He explained everything in detail & made me feel very comfortable. What also stands out about this practice is the friendly staff & the follow ups. The staff is the most welcoming & laid back I've ever encountered. The follow ups were all automated via email. I had such an easy and supportive experience getting my root canal that I feel compelled to write my first facebook review. I called the office last night in a panic at about 9 pm because my mouth hurt so badly. Within an hour I received a text from Dr. Chubak asking me questions about the pain, which immediately relieved my anxiety. They made room in their schedule for me the next day and the procedure was so painless that I almost fell asleep. Would recommend over and over.
Yesterday I had the best dental experience of my life. I had pain in my front tooth for a few days and went to see my dentist and he immediately sent me to Dr. Chubak. It turned out I needed a root canal. Overwhelmed by the news him and his whole team made sure I was comfortable and at ease. It was towards the end of the day and after a long day he still took time and kindly with an amazing attitude took care of my tooth.
