She is always on the top of the loan I am happy to work with her
Jeanne has been great, I know that if i ever need any sort of assistance on a file i can rely on her to be responsive and provide the support needed. I wasn't the biggest fan of PRMG due to previous experiences but now I look for them when pricing loans cause I know the level of support I'm going to get from Jeanne and her team.
My AE is fantastic and is always available for my calls and text. Our UW was very responsive and was always willing to get on the phone.
