Just had my most recent appointment with Dr. Hinkle, and was reminded once again how patient focused she is. She is compassionate and sees the patient as a whole person, not just a collection of lab results and symptoms common to her specialty. I originally selected her because of a recommendation from someone I worked with at the time who also saw her for endocrinology issues. Dr. J. Hinkle is very professional , thorough, and very knowledgeable about many things relating to my DM and thyroid conditions. She listens to what I’m telling her. She’s asking me questions to totally understand my conditions takes her time never rushed I really appreciate and respect her decisions and recommendations. I highly recommend her to anyone. I am very happy with Dr. Hinkle’s level of expertise in treatment of osteoporosis and the fact that she stays current on recent research on this subject. She always is very thorough in her examinations and explanations. I never feel rushed at appointments with her.
I arrived late and I was able to see Dr. Hinkle in a timely manner. She manages my Diabetes as a true team member. She listens well and pin points the ways to control it.

Dr. Hinkle takes the time to talk with me and my husband on our visits and asks all the pertinent questions to make sure she has full information about our health. She is very thorough. She is aggressive in her treatment plans to manage or prevent complications. She is the best endocrinologist I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to see an endocrinologist.
