HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Working with Jeff Berthiaume was wonderful. We have worked with a lot of brokers over the years and Jeff is the best of the best. He works out something like 7 different estimates for our initial purchase, and 4 for our refi. Every estimate was worst case scenario in terms of how much money we had to bring to the table to close so we ended up paying less than we expected each time. Jeff is honest, hardworking, responsive, and trustworthy and he has a great support team.
