Jeff is awesome. He took great care of us like we were family. As we had a few home offers fall through, Jeff stayed ahead of the game on every deal and shared multiple rate lock options on each (buying, or not buying points, etc). He shared what benefits those options gave us long vs short term, and helped choose the best one for us.
