Jeff was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries and questions and was always able to provide helpful information. The refinance process was very quick and easy. Jeff provided updates frequently so I always knew the status of my loan. The ability to e-sign and upload my documents also helped immensely. I would definitely recommend Jeff and VIP mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan.
