The one thing that I found annoying was the frequency and number of "urgent" notifications. Didn't take me too long to figure out they're not really urgent. If it's really urgent say so. Otherwise I think someone needs to look up the definition of urgent. Also, the number of duplicate document request to both my wife and I. The requests were redundant and of course marked urgent.
