the mobile app to upload documents was nice. the appraisal signing glitch was the only issue with that tool. a little bit more information regarding the timing of events around closing and funding would be nice for first time refinancers. Also, some of the alert notifications were a little alarming for the initial request. Might be more pleasant to send an initial note without the alarm bells, then if action is not taken step up the sirens. :-)
