I really think the personnel at PRMG is excellent. Jeff Kuch, Robyn Smith-Manchas, and the underwriting and funding team are always excellent. What always bogs down the ratings is your awful system. It sucks and never works smoothly. It is without a doubt, one of the worst systems. I am sure the company has done well over the last 1.5 years, please spend some money on a proprietary system to make things easier for your brokers. . If you build it, they will come.
