In all of this application process, the one person that seemed to get everything correct was Jeff Morrison. If one of the other people sent something, there was generally one thing wrong and I would have to call Jeff. Now due to the COVID-19 scare, it wasn’t always feasible to get a hold of him right away because he worked from home. That is why the four star rating. Jeff explained things to us & could get the online process working where other links sent to us would not work from other people
