This was a terrible experience, and I will never recommend this to anyone. FHA loan that had appraisal repair issues. The appraiser told me that the lender did not provide all photos to me--and therefore, not all repairs were done, and it cost my seller additional money and time. DO NOT recommend.

I rated 0 as I had no communication from the lender in this matter, except the morning of closing and that's when the Seller and myself found out at closing we were not even clear to close.

Jeffery wasn't terrible but I think he could have done better with how many times he had to email us asking for more information, with the amount of experience he said that he has he should have known what was needed upfront instead of so many changes at the last minute.
