Informative and punctual. Dr. Frederic is a direct communicator who doesn't waste your time. I expressed concerns about an issue, he provided advice and feedback, and then gave me the option whether to pursue treatment. Easiest appointment ever. Wish all my interactions with the medical community were this simple and rational.
