They won’t see you if you don’t give them your entire social security number. Which is very odd. They lied and told me that the doctor was leaving at the exact time of my appt 3:40 and they close at 5pm. I saw many patients go in after the doctor supposedly left. I will be reporting them.
This office refuses patients and lies in your face with excuses and the manager hides and won't address patients problems.
Avoid. Poor management or lack there of. I had an appt at 3:30, waited 30 minutes and then the office lady claims that the doctor is leaving. Excuse me, what? Also, I asked for the manager and she was also conveniently leaving. I have not been able to reach the office for 3 days.
