It felt pretty seamless which was nice. It would have been nice to know when the “rate” of my loan was held until (it is possible that this was mentioned but not highlighted” and the Notary needed some information and docs that i could have had prepared had i known what they were. I would think it would be a standard to send out an emails with a list of docs and info that the notary will require. Other than those small items i thought my experience with Jeffrey Marr was a great experience.
