If I was communicated with that I would have to pay with my loan all these other fees that would leave me with less money than I expected cause I wouldn’t have went through with the loan. He was very verbal with me paying cards off but not paying the other fees . Now I don’t have enough money to do what I originally wanted the money for.

It was supposed to be a quick streamlined refinance with no documentation required. The wrong refinance was done and it took over a month and I had to provide lots of documentation over the course of the month to get it closed.
