From the very beginning Jen let me know what I needed to do to fix my credit to get started. Once I was able to get it fixed the process from start to finish was so smooth! Jen and shay were on top of making sure we had all the required paperwork together for the final approval. Anytime we had a question or concern they were there to answer them at any time!
