This process has taken an exorbitantly long 4 months. The fees are ridiculous!! I have had to submit the same documents several times and my builder has as well. Once closing was announced, it was then pushed out 2 weeks further for unknown reasons. Once the loan was funded, we had issues getting the draw. This has been a nightmare and now that it's done, I don't really feel any relief from the stress of it all!!
