She is an active listener. She is kind, empathetic, very professional. I fully trust her with my care.
I have had several primary care physicians over the years, and have never had a better experience than with Dr. Biggerstaff. She seems very patient-directed. She is willing to inform me of problems and consequences in a holistic way, and then allows me to direct the care. She always spends a lot of time with me. I've never encountered another doctor who is willing to engage in email discussions, and she always follows up very promptly. It is sometimes hard to get a quick appointment.
I always get excellent care from her and she is kind and patient.
