Easy to talk to, listened to my concerns. Would definitely recommend!!
Everyone was professional, friendly and punctual. I had no problems or concerns with my treatment or service. However, I am confused about what I can ask in an appointment and what I can't. If I see the doctor for an annual check up and they ask me how I am, if I have any concerns and I mention an achy or sore elbow (for example) and they give me advice that will cause me to get charged an additional doctor's visit because it was not what I was there for (a check up). Jennifer has a very personal yet professional approach. This is the second time this year I’ve been seen by her. In Dr Poullette’s absence, or other schedule conflict, I’d say Jennifer is the best.
Ok good visit
It really matters if your Dr seems to give a crap. Jennifer made me feel like she cared. HUGE! Even if they Don't have the answers, at least try or act like you're trying. She did.
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was very informative.
