This was the first time meeting with Jennifer Erich. It was a very positive experience. Jennifer didn't make me feel rushed, I asked many questions, she made you feel like she really cares about her patients, she listens to everything you have to say and answers every question thoroughly. She took care of everything I needed with prescription refills, and instructions for next steps regarding treatment. I felt it was outstanding care.
