By "promptly" I mean NOT tomorrow, and NOT in a few days. Jennifer usually gets back to me within the hour! Jennifer and her Team were great to work with. The process for obtaining our mortgage was seamless. Jennifer and her Team communicated with us every step of the way and always ready to answer our questions. Even while out of the country Jennifer was avaible to assist and answer question as needed. We ran into a few challenges at closing that were not the responsibility of Jennifer and her Team but they stuck by our side working diligently to help us resolve them.
