I usually never write reviews, although I always look for the online reviews before doing anything. For Jennifer, I will make an exception. I actually found her via the 5 stars reviews she had on Zillow. And although I was already approved with 2 different lenders, I went ahead and gave her a call. Boy I am glad I did. Jennifer and team were responsive to emails and pleasant to work with. Only complaint is having to remind them of a detail that saved me a half percentage point in interest which we had discussed previously. If I hadn't reminded them, I would have had a higher interest rate. Perhaps they are a little too busy? Overall, a good experience.
