Excellent primary provider! She is very thorough, makes detailed list of necessary treatments, appts. & follow ups for all care required & referrals/prescriptions are quickly sent. Best of all, she really listens & allows me to participate in my care. I've been a patient for about 9 years & I've never thought about transferring to any other provider. Upon necessity, I've seen a few other docs in the medical group. If Southard, MD is not available to new patients, Schwindaman, MD is my second favorite. :)

Dr. Southard is the best doctor I've ever had in my 78 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and caring. She listens to me attentively and her diagnosis and advice is always on point. I feel like I'm her most important patient and that her care is like she would care for her own family.
