Awesome experience. Friendly, kind, and very easy to work with.
Communication could be a bit lacking every now and then but I can understand it with the switch to working from home and also the large influx of refinances that lenders were getting.
Jennifer was helpful in every phase of our mortgage. She took time and made sure we remained on schedule.
