Was scheduled to get braces for my grandson through a matching promotion. However when we went in, he had a runny nose. So she reassured me that my payments would still be matched since she rescheduled, like they were in every other phone call since scheduled. Today, when we arrived to the rescheduled appointment they informed us that "unfortunately" they would in fact NOT be able to honor the promotion that was previously promised. The billing department messed up I’ve over paid by $1000.00 and can’t get a refund or a phone call returned. The doc is great but I’d really like my money back. This has been going on for months and the only resolution I’ve had is by doing the work of contacting my insurance and finding out what the problem was.
