Jeremy did a great job - he really stepped in a transaction where my client was going to terminate or pay way too much in an existing offer. It was a Saturday, but he contacted the client right away and met with her on Sunday. We were still able to close on the original date. We were able to get the appraisal, the survey, and the underwriting done in a two-week time frame. He works very hard for his clients!
