This Lender was first of all professional and very open to communication. The whole team reached out to us with informations and requirements needed to be processed all in the timely manner. We were able to update our profile without any issues electronically and manually. The only thing that I had issue of negotiation on extension fee which is no ones fault, but we had to pay a little extra on that. Overall this Lender is honest from the get go. Thanks
