As a listing realtor, it is uncommon for the lender to provide great service. When the property failed to appraise for the purchase price, it was important to the sellers to potentially eliminate a bridge loan. Jeremy was able to get the buyer's loan approved and clear to close in an impossibly short period of time. In doing so, the loan closed with all parties satisfied. It was nothing less than amazing.
