Jeremy took time to explain the financial aspect in great detail for my client who was a first time home buyer. I appreciated that! He took the time to inform her how wise it is to make biweekly payments vs monthly payments and showed her on paper the value in doing so, how much money she can save. She was very grateful to have that knowledge.

Speaking as the Seller's Agent, Jeremy included me on text/emails for each "milestone" of the progression. This allowed me to easily keep my sellers in the loop. I believe that communication is key to reducing stress and managing expectations. Jeremy did a Great Job at communicating. We were able to close early (never a bad thing!).
