Late 2020, holiday season in full swing. Interest rates at historic lows. Housing market with less than a month of inventory, my big bank lender was predicting minimum 7 week or more for a refinance closing due to the volume of loan requests. Jeremy is a wonderful mortgage consultant and I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with him.
