On the good side, Jeriod kept me informed, and attempted a constant flow of information. Period tried to speed things up, but got stalled by other departments that were beyond his control.

No communication, very bad experience.. Took longer to close than told. My situation was fully discussed and assured that my needs would be protected took one month longer than promised. So my needs for the loan were severely hindered and cost me more than should have. Very disapointed. Will not use your company again and will not recommend. As for your question you can better your by keeping your word and communication within your company absolutely 💯

Clearer communication about underwriting requirements would have prevented having things done twice such as well and water testing. Also checks were sent to us to pay off creditors resulting in a longer processing time to resolve why we sought a refinance. There was no communication about how that part of the loan would be handled. That resulted in some late fees for us. He was quick to respond to our questions throughput the process.
