Very professional and attentive staff. Clean office. State of the art equipment
Dr Best is a very careful and attentive pediatric dentist. In addition to that the office is very well run, efficient, and always on time. They don't overbook their patients and they spend whatever time is needed by your child. Everyone is friendly and the office accommodates parents very well,
Dr Jerry saw us for an emergency appointment recently. He fit is in promptly. He was kind and thorough and put my son at ease. We see him For routine maintenance as well and we are always pleased and happy with our experience.
Always kind. Always gentle. Really smart and has seen it all. We love him.
Designed with children's needs in mind, the office is calming/entertaining, you rarely wait very long, and children are really listened to. My kids have never resisted going (20+ years, 3 kids), appointments are easy to schedule, and Dr. Best communicates well with kids and parents. My kids have been sorry when they had to "graduate"!
Dr Best and his staff are, well, the Best! We have received nothing short of excellent care. The office is warm and inviting to children of all ages. When my daughter was young I took her to see my dentist and it was a scream fest from the moment we walked in the office. My dentist recommended Dr Best. My daughter is now 20 and doesn't want to leave this practice. TV's at every chair, tons of toothpaste flavors to pick from and all of the staff know how to treat their patients with patience.
There is no way to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jerry. He is beyond an A++.
Excellent rapport with children and parents. Efficient, we have never waited for an appointment. Dentists and dental hygienists are always positive and upbeat. Extremely professional and have never suggested procedures that are not needed (ie. my children have never had a cavity). I would and do recommend this practice. Also excellent referrals to orthodontist and periodontist.
Jed is an incredible practitioner and is amazing with a reluctant patient, such as my daughter was, for her first 11 years. Despite my daughter’s diffficulty with trusting her doctors, Jed and his staff were able to win her over. I am a school head entrusted with the care of some 400 children. I am so deeply grateful to Jed and his amazing staff for their long term commitment to her and to our family. Virginia Connor
