Dr. Jerry is fantastic. Dr. Best was not friendly at all and did not even look at me (the mom) or pay much attention to my child. Rude and dismissive during several visits. We only came back because of Dr. Jerry and would only go to him. He makes up for everything and is top notch in friendliness, care and is really tuned in when speaking to the kids. The hygenist and receptionist also very good and friendly and caring.
This dental practice is terrific. Dr. Best & Dr. Jerry are great with kids and parents. Their office team - from the front desk to the hygienists - are super nice, efficient and professional. They don’t overcharge for basic services and are trustworthy when it comes to recommendations for additional services/procedures. My husband and I wish we could use them as our dentists!
You and your child are in the best, most caring, most knowledgeable hands with Dr. Best and Ashrafi. My daughter has been in Dr. Best's care for over 18 years, since she was 11 months old. He has taken care of her through baby tooth milk cavities, a pulpotomy or mini root canal, and protected her teeth with fluoride gel and sealants. The staff from office to dental technicians are wonderful with children (and parents).
