I worked with Andrew Langley and all his support staff at German. Andrew gave me some very good advice while negotiating a new roof with the sellers. Ultimately the advice he gave me resulted in insurance/closing costs being lowered and I got a new roof. I didn't have a single interaction with Andrew or anyone else at Gershman that was anything but helpful.
