I talked to Bruce three or four times in total throughout the process. Additionally, due to some kind of mix up I had to pay an additional $1975.00 to close on my house and wasn't informed of this until less than an hour before signing closing papers - after I had already wired the amount on my closing disclosure the week before. Horrible company unprofessional don't know what they're doing they will tell you the answer to something where they don't even know the answer to it then whenever you go to do underwriting you find out that answer was wrong and you dont get approved. END RESULT YOU lose the house your trying to get

I worked with this company, had my credit ran and was not getting any communication back.. I was told I had to wait three more months due to my bankruptcy but could make it happen! Gave me a dollar amount I could/would be approved for. The lender knew I had a foreclosure on my bankruptcy yet he gave me false hope and never told me I had to wait three years! If you are a Veteran; beware! Unless your realtor, appraiser and Jack are all buttering each other's bread; you will get screwed in the end! I was shown different rates on three different occasions and when I was able to get to a printer, the forms had changed! Jack's reply was " you should have used a realtor"; because you don't know what you are talking about"! Steer clear!!!
