Jerry's Subs & Pizza in District 3, Sunderland is the best local place for real NY style pizza - plus it's basically 1/2 price or less on Mondays (even with your choices of toppings). Great crust, enough 'oil' so it's not dry like PJ's or Domino's, and a reasonably good sauce. They've got other offerings too - but so far their pizza is the best I've found.
