The best Mechanic we've ever had in 19 years. Jer's Automotive is up front, honest and extraordinarily talented when it comes to diagnosing, fixing and improving our vehicles performance. On top of that, he gives up front out-the-door pricing that is far better than the dealer and most mechanics we've been too. He always keeps us informed what's going on, what needs to be done and then let's us make the decision. Honest as they come!!! Took my Toyo Tacoma Truck to them for a second opinion. First opinion was from Les Schwab (after they had already done $200 worth of work) thinking the clunking I was hearing was something they hadn't tightened during the previous work. Was told it was a bearing that was out and I would have to pay another $250 to fix it. Jer's Elite gave the truck a once over and noticed a tie rod hadn't been tightened from PREVIOUS work that had been done. Tightened it and out the door I went. Definetly recommen... read more

People they sold this place they are there to Over charge and get as much as they can from you first time and Dont care for repeat business, worst than a dealership.... didnt fix what we brought into them lied and said they did and less than 500 feet out of there driveway problem came back (engine light) they threw new parts at issue and called it done, charge you for diagnostic but didnt really fix the issue. charge outrages labor and tool fee for diagnostic test without results. i had replaced with new the parts they did a... read more

Very nice staff and repair facility. The mechanic for foreign cars was not in until Tuesday, so dropped my BMW X5 off on Monday before closing. Called them Tuesday afternoon and nothing to report. The next day Jer's called me to let me know the washer pump was cracked and it would cost $650 for the repair. I agreed with the quote and to perform the repair. I thought this guy was honest at first. Then I payed $3,000 to have my suspension fixed only to have my car's drive completely ruined. We had 5-6 cars we took to Jer and now we avoid that place like the plague. Worst experience with a mechanic of our entire lives. You've been warned!
