This could have been a VERY difficult experience for me… recently widowed, I started this process already tired and overwhelmed. I understand that our credit was not very good but the use of a second party provider for the refinance made the process much more difficult and stressful.

I think some of your people are paranoid that I'm dishonest and trying to cheat them in some way. They went through my bank records and when a deposit didn't exactly match a figure that they got from Snowden, they disputed it. They were unable comprehend that I might have combined the deposit from the Snowden account with refunds that I got from the IRS and others and gave me grief over the issue.

I found the company and their conclusions most unreasonable at times. Several times I was thinking of quitting the application process and seeking a loan elsewhere. Jesse Lynch always stayed encouraging and optimistic and went to bat for me.
