Very good company Jessica and her team are great!
Jessica and her team were incredible. They took a very stressful event and made it not so they were always there to answer the phone and answer a question they understood it was stressful for us the buyers and try to help as much as they could. It was a very successful house buying we have purchased mini houses well for in the last 10 years this was the best experience we had. I can’t remember her name but the girl who works in I believe Alabama she was incredible. I wish I could remember her name because she needs to be mad... read more
Overall satisfied with the experience. Need to streamline process to avoid repetitive information requests. Need to avoid “assumed you were familiar with mortgage processes”. Every mortgage end to end process must be taken as a first time experience to avoid unnecessary frictions. Good client service from Jessica.
Jessica was pretty great and efficient at getting us numbers. We did have to ask for an explanation of things because we are first time homebuyers. I also had to contact her initially. However, she did teams calls for us to go over everything in detail, had fast response times & was kind! Very helpful!
Jessica was fantastic to work with! She made the whole process very easy and stress free! She answered all my questions quickly!
Top to bottom best experience!! They were on top of everything!! Made a stressful time not so stressful!! PRICELESS!!! We showed up super early to our closing!! They actually got us right in!! SHOCKED!! Which gave us time to meet the movers at our forever home!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!
Jessica and her team from Garce Home Lending was wonderful in how they guided us through the lending and closing process. Friendly, professional and very patient with us throughout.
Super helpful and informative with quick responses ! Recommend 100%
Jessica was always on top of things! She explained everything that was needed and was quick to reply back about any questions we had!
