Communication wasn’t up to par when it came to sending documents. Some documents that were presented for signature were pre-filled with incorrect information. Some documents were sent last-minute for signatures.
I spoke to Jessica one time, LOL. Felt entirely out of the loop the whole process. Wasn’t sure what was officially reported and what wasn’t. I was scrambling in the final week to get information that I felt should’ve been asked for sooner. Overall not fun and wouldn’t recommend Grace to anyone who doesn’t need to go through it.
