RecommendedI recently had the pleasure of working with 843 Roof, LLC for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the results. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
RecommendedBrian treats his customers well, and does great work. As a competitor in a different market, I can say that I refer him for any residential customer I have in that area that needs a roof.
RecommendedThank you for being a company with integrity! You are not just hard workers who do any amazing job, but you stick to your word! When I send my clients or friends to you for a new roof, I know they will get the best roof and best service with amazing communication! 843 Roof is the only recommendation for anyone I know!
RecommendedVery fast insulation of roofing materials! Great communication and accurate advice!
RecommendedMr Poteat and his team were so easy to work with at every step of the process from choosing the right color, material and timeline to completing the job timely and working with my insurance company on my hail damage claim to ease all the questions we both had. The crew that came in to complete the job were very accommodating and took extra care around my pond and flower gardens to keep them in tact!! I would highly recommend 843 Roof for all your roofing needs. Happy customer in Mt Pleasant SC
RecommendedBrian was a great communicator. That to me, is what makes a business a great business. If I had a question, he picked up or called right back. In a world where pricing is pretty equal, you have to find the business that cares and treats you like a person. Brian does that, he cares. He texts back and calls back. Plus he did a great job with my roof, and he did it in a timely manner. I didn’t wait months.
RecommendedLove my new roof and 843 Roof made the whole process really easy.
RecommendedHighly recommend. I've known Brian for 5 years now. If you need someone to get it done right, on time, and with no corners cut then you find your roofing guy with Brian Poteat and 843 Roof. Brian has been in the industry for quite some time and was frustrated with other companies that cut corners or would leave customers in a bind. Brian understands how important a no leak roof is and will provide a reasonable estimate as well as quality work!
RecommendedHighly recommend! Did a great job
